Shari Mirzaei at May Day in Dallas

Today May the first in celebration of the International Workers’ Day many of the American residents in Dallas got together. The rally started by people shouting for freedom and equality at the President John F Kennedy memorial. The Rally ended at the Main Street Garden Park where several representative from SDS, Immigration organizations, Socialist Appeal and as well as the Worker Communist Party of Iran spoke about the workers’ rights.
Shari Mirzaei on behalf of the Workers Communist Party of Iran,  International Committee Against Execution and the Organization against Women’s Discrimination in Iran said:
Today we gathered to celebrate May Day and remind every one we workers all over the world share special bond. Our special bond is our deprived of basic human rights that is taken form us. May Day is the day of unity and harmony of the world workers. It is the day of hope and onset of a new world. It is the day to let the world know that the workers all over the world won’t stop fighting until we get what we want.
In this day tens of thousands workers all over the world celebrate May Day and lift their flags in support of the worker’s right. Workers all over the world giving warning to their corrupted leaders and telling them watch out we will bring you down like Arab countries leaders. These workers on the street demand their rights. While the cost of living breaks the back of workers Oil Companies took billions of dollars profit. We need stronger labor law to protect workers not the Corporate and employers. Fast rising prices of food crushing workers and sending their kids hungry to bed.  The workers have no job security, the minimum wage is not even enough to pay for the rent. The richest people of the world live in the Untied State of America, while our workers and their kids have no safe shelter and warm food to eat. It is an obvious growing disparity between the rich and poor. May Day is the day that we American workers remind our politicians that you can not divide workers.  We remind our politicians we need a better labor law. We workers remind our politicians that you are accountable to create new jobs. We remind the politicians, we don’t live to just work and make profit for you.
On this day, May Day, International Workers’ Day, we demand more jobs, better working conditions, higher wages and sufficient social security. On this day May Day, we demand contain of rising inflation.
We will unit. With our unity we will get our equality and freedom. Long live workers unity.
